Research in today's world

I have always thought, research is born out of purpose. Research has to be oriented in reaching the purpose as soon as possible. But, today; in the race to publish first and in the best journals, it has to be both purposeful and creative. Damn, I should have known this earlier.

here it goes.... as my dear frnd vikram bugged me to start writing blogs ( which he thinks, I would be very good at), I am DOIN it !!!!! ( donno y I am doin this)

whoever is readin it... u won't find this a great one... I am gonna start with a short intro abt me...

I am goin to graduate with a masters this fall with all requirements completed from Wayne State, except for the dissertation (which wld be done on aug 21st 2009). Next, I am goin to pursue a graduate prgrm at Univ of Saskatchewan ( the Eskimo land as per phil) on vaccinology and immunotherapeutics, which I hope would be great, since the coursework is more application based and my research would be of value to the human kind, since its gonna be on a vaccine for the dreaded swine flu.

My dear roomies have reached home, so gonna write the rest later (hope wil come up with smthin interesting)
